A clear return policy protects both collector and seller. Final terms must reflect the operator’s location and applicable consumer law.

Policy to be completed before sales

The owner must confirm the return window, item condition requirements, report and packaging requirements, excluded custom work, shipping responsibility and refund timing.

Until those terms are approved and published, the website should not accept checkout payments. Enquiries may still be discussed individually in writing.
